The Hydraforce 5911222.28 (5911222.28) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat, thereby allowing flow. It features several pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and options A, B, and C that incorporate positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. It also has an optional bi-directional pressure feature which requires a bi-directional pressure seal option for operation. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications with space constraints.
