The Hydraforce 5911201.M100 (5911201.M100) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require minimal internal leakage. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. The valve features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments labeled A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and a rapid response to pressure changes.
