The Hydraforce 5911201.25 (Material Number 5911201.25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits where low internal leakage is essential. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the spring-opposed poppet. This model features non-adjustable factory preset pressure options and a variety of pressure adjustment configurations, including options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and ensures rapid response to pressure changes.
