The Hydraforce 5911201.11 (5911201.11) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that demand low internal leakage. This valve blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and ensures rapid response to pressure changes. A bi-directional pressure option is available with a bi-directional pressure seal. Known for its compact size, this valve has been superseded by the RVD58-20 model in new applications due to comparable pressure and flow ratings, improved response rate, better pressure rise characteristics, smaller size, and competitive cost. However, it remains suitable for existing applications where a VC08-2B cavity variation is required. Some manifolds may allow it as a drop-in replacement.
