The Hydraforce 5911104.M25 (Material Number: 5911104.M25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is compatible with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the poppet, thereby providing rapid response to load changes in hydraulic systems that require minimal internal leakage. While it is suitable for existing and new applications, Hydraforce recommends considering their RVD58-20 valve as an alternative due to its superior performance characteristics. The RV10-20X is not meant for crossover applications when using its corrosion-resistant version, GRV10-20.
