The Hydraforce 5623603.M200 (5623603.M200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits. This model is known for its fast response and low hysteresis, making it suitable for applications where precise pressure control is crucial. The RV16-26X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action allows the main (second stage) spool to shift, thereby opening port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve cannot be used in cross-over relief applications.
