The Hydraforce 5623581.25 (Material Number: 5623581.25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve, specifically designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. Known as the RV16-26X, this two-stage valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action subsequently shifts the main spool, allowing flow between ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X is ideal for applications where maintaining precise pressure limits and ensuring rapid system response are critical.
