The Hydraforce 5623544.22.5 (Material Number 5623544.22.5) is a high-performance, screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and minimal hysteresis. This pilot-operated, two-stage spool type relief valve effectively limits pressure within a system by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to activate the piloting relief. Once activated, the main spool shifts to open port 1 to port 2, allowing for controlled pressure management within the hydraulic circuit. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design and functionality of this valve make it ideal for applications where precise pressure control and rapid response are critical factors in system performance.
