The Hydraforce 5623543V.M210 (5623543V.M210) is a high-performance screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits. This pilot-operated, two-stage spool type relief valve is engineered to function as a pressure limiting device, offering quick response times and minimal hysteresis. The RV16-26X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action enables the main spool to shift, thereby opening the path between port 1 and port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design of the RV16-26X ensures reliable performance in applications where precise pressure control is required, making it an essential component for maintaining system integrity and efficiency in hydraulic systems.
