The Hydraforce 5623541.02.5 (Material Number: 5623541.02.5) is a high-performance screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This pilot-operated, two-stage spool type relief valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main spool shifts, allowing flow between the ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications, ensuring it is used in appropriate systems where its specific capabilities can be fully utilized.
