The Hydraforce 5623540.01.4 (5623540.01.4) is a high-performance, screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This pilot-operated, two-stage, spool-type relief valve serves as an effective pressure-limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action allows the main spool to shift, thereby opening the passage between port 1 and port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X model is specifically engineered for applications requiring precise pressure control and quick reaction times, making it an ideal choice for complex hydraulic systems where reliability and performance are critical.
