The Hydraforce 5623511.05 (5623511.05) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, thereby allowing the main (second stage) spool to shift and open the flow path between these ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X excels in applications where precise pressure control is critical, offering reliability and efficiency under challenging conditions.
