The Hydraforce 5623511.03.60 (Material Number 5623511.03.60) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed for use in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This RV16-26X model effectively functions as a pressure-limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main spool shifts, allowing flow between the ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design and operation of this valve make it an ideal choice for applications where precise pressure control and quick responsiveness are crucial.
