This valve is specifically engineered to provide fast response and low hysteresis, making it ideal for applications where precise pressure management is crucial. The RV16-26X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the piloting relief, which then allows the main (second stage) spool to shift and open the flow path from port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
