The Hydraforce 5623503.32.5V (5623503.32.5V) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed to act as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main (second stage) spool to shift and open port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design and functionality of this valve make it an ideal choice for applications where precise control of hydraulic pressure is critical, ensuring system protection by preventing over-pressurization and maintaining optimal performance in high-pressure environments.
