The Hydraforce 5623503.12 (Material Number: 5623503.12) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. The RV16-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. This action allows the main (second stage) spool to shift, thereby opening port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. This product is particularly suited for applications where precise pressure control and reliability are critical, ensuring optimal performance in hydraulic systems with stringent operational demands.
