The Hydraforce 5623501V.02.7 (Material Number: 5623501V.02.7) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed for high-demand hydraulic circuits that require rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This two-stage valve, identified by the model code RV16-26X, functions as a pressure-limiting device by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main spool shifts, allowing flow between the ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Its robust design makes it ideal for applications where precise pressure control and reliability are critical.
