The Hydraforce 5623501.M25 (5623501.M25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve. It is designed as a pressure-limiting device for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. The RV16-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to activate the piloting relief. This action allows the main spool to shift, subsequently opening port 1 to port 2. This valve is specifically engineered for applications where precise pressure control is necessary, but it should not be used in cross-over relief applications. Its robust design ensures reliable performance in high-pressure environments, making it suitable for various hydraulic systems that demand quick and accurate pressure regulation.
