The Hydraforce 5623501.04.2 (Material Number: 5623501.04.2) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, thereby allowing the main (second stage) spool to shift and open the flow path between port 1 and port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X model ensures reliable operation in systems where precise pressure control is critical, making it ideal for applications that demand quick response times and minimal performance variation due to hysteresis.
