The Hydraforce 5623501.04.1 (5623501.04.1) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed as a pressure-limiting device for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. The RV16-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief, which then allows the main spool to shift and opens port 1 to port 2. This valve is specifically engineered for applications where quick response times are critical and operational precision is paramount, making it unsuitable for cross-over relief applications.
