The Hydraforce 5623501.03 (5623501.03) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for high-performance hydraulic circuits demanding fast response and low hysteresis. This RV16-26X model is engineered to act as a pressure-limiting device, effectively blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a threshold that triggers the piloting relief to unseat. Once this occurs, the main spool shifts, allowing flow between the ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The precision engineering of the RV16-26X ensures reliable performance in controlling hydraulic pressures and maintaining system integrity under demanding conditions.
