The Hydraforce 5623500.M20 (Material Number: 5623500.M20) is a high-performance, screw-in, cartridge-style relief valve specifically designed for demanding hydraulic circuits that require rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This RV16-26X model is a pilot-operated, two-stage spool type relief valve that effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to activate the piloting relief. Once activated, the main spool shifts, allowing flow between the ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The design and operation of this valve make it an ideal choice for applications requiring precise pressure control in hydraulic systems.
