The Hydraforce 5623500.02.6 (Material Number: 5623500.02.6) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This model, known as the RV16-26X, efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the piloting relief. Once this occurs, the main (second stage) spool shifts, allowing flow between port 1 and port 2. It's important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The RV16-26X is engineered to provide precise pressure control in hydraulic systems where quick response times are critical, making it an ideal component for applications that demand reliable and consistent performance under varying conditions.
