The Hydraforce 5623500.02 (5623500.02) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed as a pressure-limiting device for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This model, known as the RV16-26X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to activate the piloting relief off its seat. This action allows the main (second stage) spool to shift, thereby opening port 1 to port 2. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. The Hydraforce RV16-26X is engineered for high-performance scenarios where precise pressure control and rapid system response are critical.
