The Hydraforce 5623404.35 (Material Number: 5623404.35) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed for high-performance hydraulic circuits requiring rapid response and minimal hysteresis. This valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 exceeds a set threshold, causing the pilot relief to unseat and the main stage to shift, thereby opening the flow path between ports. It features non-backout adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and incorporates a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability. With optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), this valve offers a cost-effective solution with smooth responsiveness to pressure surges. Note that it is not suitable for cross-over relief applications.
