The Hydraforce 5623304.33 (Material Number: 5623304.33) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, which then shifts the main stage and opens the flow path between port 1 and port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from going solid, and a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability. The product offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), ensuring rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges while maintaining cost-effectiveness with its cavity design.
