The Hydraforce 5623290.01.50 (5623290.01.50) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. This RV12-26X model effectively manages pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, thus allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow path between the ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backout adjustments that prevent springs from going solid, as well as a hardened spool and cage that ensure long-term durability. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and provides rapid, smooth responses to pressure surges within cost-effective cavities.
