The Hydraforce 5623204.35 (Material Number: 5623204.35) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed as a pressure-limiting device for demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, which then allows the main stage to shift and open port 1 to port 2. It's important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from going solid, and a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability. The RV12-26X model offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), ensuring rapid and smooth response to pressure surges while maintaining cost-effectiveness with its cavity design.
