The Hydraforce 5623204.15 (Material Number: 5623204.15) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated, spool-type relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. The RV12-26X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow path between the ports. This valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from solidifying, ensuring durability and long life with its hardened spool and cage construction. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), providing rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges while maintaining cost-effectiveness within its cavity design.
