The Hydraforce 5623185.06 (Material Number: 5623185.06) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This RV12-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid, hardened spool and cage components for enhanced durability, and optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi). The design ensures rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges while being cost-effective for its cavity requirements.
