The Hydraforce 5623102.01.5 (Material Number 5623102.01.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed to function as a pressure limiting device in hydraulic circuits that demand fast response and low hysteresis. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow path between ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, ensuring springs do not go solid, and includes a hardened spool and cage for extended durability. The RV12-26X offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and provides rapid, smooth responses to pressure surges within a cost-effective cavity design.
