The Hydraforce 5623094.18 (Material Number 5623094.18) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated relief valve designed for use in hydraulic circuits demanding fast response and low hysteresis. This spool-type relief valve blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to open and permit flow between the ports. The RV12-26X model cannot be utilized in cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and a hardened spool and cage for extended durability. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), ensuring rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges, making it a cost-effective solution for maintaining pressure limits in various hydraulic systems.
