The Hydraforce 5623006.M200 (Material Number: 5623006.M200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed for pressure limiting in demanding hydraulic circuits. Known for its fast response and low hysteresis, this two-stage valve efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 exceeds the pilot relief setting. Once this occurs, the main stage shifts to open the flow path between ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. It features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and boasts a hardened spool and cage to ensure long-lasting performance. Users can choose optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi), enabling rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges while maintaining cost-effectiveness in its cavity design.
