The Hydraforce 5623006.M195 (5623006.M195) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve designed for use as a pressure limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits that require fast response and low hysteresis. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open port 1 to port 2. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features of the RV12-26X include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, ensuring that springs do not go solid. The hardened spool and cage contribute to its long life, while optional spring ranges extend up to 240 bar (3500 psi). The valve offers rapid and smooth response to pressure surges and is designed with a cost-effective cavity.
