The Hydraforce 5623006.22 (Material Number: 5623006.22) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve, designed for use in hydraulic circuits requiring fast response and low hysteresis. Known as the RV12-26X, this valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow between ports. It is important to note that this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Key features include non-backout adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi) and provides rapid, smooth responses to pressure surges, making it a cost-effective solution for demanding hydraulic systems.
