The Hydraforce 5623004.M225 (5623004.M225) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated spool type relief valve designed for high-demand hydraulic circuits requiring rapid response and low hysteresis. This two-stage valve effectively limits pressure by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the pilot relief, allowing the main stage to shift and open the flow path between these ports. Notably, this valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. It features non-backout adjustments that prevent springs from going solid, ensuring reliability and longevity. The hardened spool and cage contribute to extended service life, while optional spring ranges allow adjustments up to 240 bar (3500 psi). This design ensures a rapid and smooth response to pressure surges, making it a cost-effective solution for demanding hydraulic systems.
