The Hydraforce 5623002.M30 (5623002.M30) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, pilot-operated (two-stage), spool-type relief valve. Designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in demanding hydraulic circuits, it offers fast response and low hysteresis. The RV12-26X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to activate the pilot relief, which then allows the main stage to shift and open the flow path between port 1 and port 2. This valve is not suitable for cross-over relief applications. Notable features include non-reversible adjustments that ensure springs do not go solid, a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability, and optional spring ranges up to 240 bar (3500 psi). It provides rapid and smooth responses to pressure surges while maintaining cost-effectiveness with its cavity design.
