The Hydraforce 5618208.05 (5618208.05) is a spool-type, direct-acting, adjustable, normally open hydraulic sequence valve with an external pilot and spring chamber drain. This model, known as the PS10-41X, is engineered to block flow between port 2 and port 3 once a predetermined pilot pressure is reached within a hydraulic circuit. The valve remains in this shifted position until either the circuit pressure drops below the set threshold or the combined pressure of the spring chamber and valve exceeds the pilot pressure. Key features of this product include its non-backout adjustment capability, which prevents springs from becoming solid, and optional spring ranges up to 151.7 bar (2200 psi). Additionally, it boasts a hardened precision spool and cage designed for longevity and fits an industry-common size for ease of integration into existing systems.
