The Hydraforce 5618005.02.5 (5618005.02.5) is a spool-type, direct-acting, adjustable, normally open hydraulic sequence valve equipped with an external pilot and spring chamber drain. This valve is engineered to block flow between port 2 and port 3 once a predetermined pilot pressure is reached within a circuit. It remains in this shifted state until the circuit pressure falls below the set threshold or when the combined pressure of the spring chamber and valve exceeds the pilot pressure. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from going solid, and optional spring ranges up to 151.7 bar (2200 psi). The valve's construction includes a hardened precision spool and cage for enhanced durability and long service life, all in an industry-common size for easy integration into various systems.
