The Hydraforce 5618002.18 (5618002.18) is a spool type, direct acting, adjustable, external pilot hydraulic sequence valve with an externally vented spring chamber. This valve is designed to block flow between ports 2 and 3 bidirectionally until the pressure at port 1 reaches the valve's pressure setting, at which point the spool shifts to open these ports. The spring chamber is consistently vented through port 4, and any pressure at this port adds to the spring setting in a 1:1 ratio. Notably, the valve's adjustments are designed to prevent backing out and ensure that springs do not go solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 151.7 bar (2200 psi) and features a hardened precision spool and cage for enhanced durability. The PS10-40X is compatible with industry-common sizes, making it versatile for various hydraulic applications requiring reliable flow control based on pressure settings.
