The Hydraforce 5617403.12 (5617403.12) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic sequence valve with an internal pilot and spring chamber drain. This valve is engineered to redirect flow to a secondary circuit once the primary circuit reaches a predetermined pressure level. In its default state, the PS10-30X blocks flow at port 1, while permitting flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching the set pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to open port 1 to port 2 and closes port 3. Notable features include adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and safeguards against springs going solid. The PS10-30X offers optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi) and is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability, ensuring long service life. It also comes in an industry-common size for compatibility with standard hydraulic systems.
