The Hydraforce 5617201.05.3 (5617201.05.3) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve with an internal pilot and spring chamber drain. This component is specifically engineered to direct flow to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure is achieved in the primary circuit. In its default state, the PS10-30X blocks flow at port 1 while allowing flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching the set pressure at port 1, the valve shifts, opening port 1 to port 2 and closing port 3. Notable features include non-backout adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and optional spring ranges up to 144.8 bar (2100 psi). The valve's hardened spool and cage ensure long-lasting performance, and it conforms to industry-common sizes for ease of integration into various systems.
