The Hydraforce 5616912.13 (5616912.13) is a spool type, pilot-operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for secondary circuit pressure regulation. Known as the PR12-36X, this valve facilitates bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its default state, with a constant drain at port 3. When the pressure at port 1 reaches a set threshold, the spool shifts to limit inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 while also relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. It is important to note that tank pressure adds to the regulated pressure. The PR12-36X features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and ensures that springs do not become solid during operation. It also offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi), providing flexibility for various hydraulic system requirements.
