The Hydraforce 5616401.M45 (5616401.M45) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. Designed as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits, it is best suited for stable input flow circuits. In its steady state, the PR10-32X valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while ensuring the spring chamber remains drained at port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. Additionally, it provides relief from port 1 to port 3 with a variable value over the set reducing pressure. Notable features include non-backout adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 145 bar (2100 psi). The valve also boasts a hardened spool and cage for extended durability and comes in an industry-common size.
