The Hydraforce 5615402.27.5 (5615402.27.5) is a spool type, pilot-operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed for secondary circuit pressure regulation. It features an internal pilot and internal spring chamber drain, allowing bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state, with the spring chamber drained at port 3. When the predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the spool shifts to regulate inlet flow from port 2 and relieve port 1 to port 3. The valve offers optional protection for port 2 with a 60 mesh, 250-micron rated screen and optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi). Built with a hardened spool and cage, it ensures long life and durability in industry-common sizes. Adjustments are designed to prevent backing out of the valve or springs going solid, ensuring reliable performance in various hydraulic applications.
