The Hydraforce 5615202.12.5 (5615202.12.5) is a spool type, pilot operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to regulate pressure in secondary circuits. This valve features an internal pilot and an internal spring chamber drain, allowing it to efficiently manage pressure levels by controlling flow between its ports. In its steady state, the PR10-36XX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When a predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 and relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3 as needed. This valve includes several notable features: adjustments are designed such that they cannot be backed out of the valve, preventing springs from becoming solid; it offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi); and it is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and extended service life.
