The Hydraforce 5615055.M25 (5615055.M25) is a spool type, pilot-operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve specifically designed for secondary circuit pressure regulation. This valve features an internal pilot and an internal spring chamber drain, allowing it to function effectively as a pressure regulating device. In its steady state, it permits bidirectional flow between port 2 and port 1 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, thus regulating the pressure at port 1 and relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. The valve includes several key features such as non-backable adjustments to prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi).
