The Hydraforce 5615002.M80 (5615002.M80) is a spool type, pilot operated, hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. It features an internal pilot and internal spring chamber drain. This valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 in its steady state, while the spring chamber remains drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. The valve is equipped with features such as adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and adjustments that prevent springs from going solid. Optional spring ranges are available up to 207 bar (3000 psi). The construction includes a hardened spool and cage for enhanced durability and long life, and it comes in an industry-common size for ease of integration into existing systems. Port 2 can also be protected by a 60 mesh, 250 micron rated screen with option S for added reliability in various applications.
