The Hydraforce 5615002.19.5 (5615002.19.5) is a spool type, pilot operated hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve designed to regulate pressure in secondary circuits. This model, known as the pr10-36xx, features an internal pilot and internal spring chamber drain, allowing it to maintain steady pressure control by permitting bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while keeping the spring chamber drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure at port 1 is reached, the spool shifts to restrict inlet flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure and providing relief from port 1 to port 3 if necessary. The valve includes features such as adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid, ensuring reliability and longevity. It offers optional spring ranges up to 207 bar (3000 psi) and is constructed with a hardened spool and cage for extended life.
