In its default state, the PR10-36XX model facilitates bidirectional flow between port 2 and port 1 while maintaining a constant drain at port 3. When the predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the spool shifts to limit inlet flow from port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1 and allowing relief from port 1 to port 3 when necessary. The valve's design includes adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid and cannot be backed out of the valve, offering reliability and consistent performance. Optional spring ranges extend up to 207 bar (3000 psi), accommodating various application requirements. The hardened spool and cage contribute to long-lasting durability, making it suitable for demanding environments.
